Costco Wholesale Reviews
We aren't regular Costco shoppers, but once in a blue moon, we stop by to pick up cleaning supplies or electronics because of their excellent return and exchange policy. As many have noted, this is one of the smaller Costco locations, so the product selection isn't extensive, but it's very clean. It's busy, but the lines are manageable, and we've never had a bad customer service experience. The staff has always been pleasant and consistently goes above and beyond at the register to help with any issues we might have. Costco also offer great discounts on leased cars, so be sure to ask if being a Costco member could benefit your deal in dealership.
Tuesday afternoons are not to busy. Great store! It's a good store to get in and out. Self checkout is also available.
Very busy. Quick service. They have ATM machine inside. They do not have salads. Men's restroom has a door maybe because the women are too liberal they have to protect the men in California ha ha ha ha Or maybe some men walked out in front of the opening with their body exposed wahahaha.
The Costco Wholesale location in Tustin is one of the busiest Costcos I've experienced. On my recent visits, I was surprised by the long checkout lines even late in the evening, making self-checkout the most efficient option. Despite the crowd, it remains a go-to spot for bulk shopping, especially for essentials. Eggs were out of stock during my visits, which was disappointing since Costco currently offers them at a competitive price of about $7 per box--a great deal when eggs are scarce. Kirkland water packages were also flying off the shelves like hot cakes, likely due to the ongoing wildfires in SoCal, with people stocking up for emergencies. I found some excellent deals during this trip, including solar-powered Duracell lanterns for just $20, much cheaper than online prices. Additionally, the discounted toy section was a pleasant surprise, where I snagged the Lord of the Rings Magic set for $20 and the Harry Potter Mandrake Lego set for only $10. Furniture season was in full swing, with plenty of displays showcasing various pieces. Overal, this Costco remains a reliable spot for great deals, though the heavy foot traffic and occasional stock shortages require some planning ahead.
